Tax Manager - Potential Partner Path

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Review and analyze tax implications of business transactions
• Supervise a team of tax associates, providing guidance and mentoring
• Participate in business development activities to expand client base
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
• Active CPA license
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proven track record in business development
• Dedication to professional growth and advancement
