Ortho Clinical Diagnostics is recruiting for a Tax Co-op; this position will be located in Waltham, Massachusetts.

The Co-op program participants will be better able to apply concepts learned in the classroom and will be able to ask more poignant questions of their professors to further their goals and education. The Co-op program can be a feeder for entrance into entry level opportunities within OCD. Co-ops also have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional development events to enhance professional and technical skill sets.

Co-op program participant roles and responsibilities include:

  • Active engagement in the preparation of the global corporate income tax provision and U.S. tax compliance (federal, state and local).

  • Assistance with various other domestic and internation tax deliverables; including interaction with our external consultants regarding outsourced sales and use and property tax compliance.

  • Additionally they will assist with preparation of formal responses to correspondence received from government authorities, and assemble data in preparation for statutory (domestic and international) audits.
