Tax Director

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Director to join our team. As a Tax Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the tax strategy of our clients and driving business growth. This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings for clients.
• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
• Advise clients on complex tax matters and potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; JD/LLM in Taxation preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Experience managing and leading a team of tax professionals.
