What you will do

This role will lead the ADTi business for all Tax strategy, planning, and compliance. This position offers a dynamic work environment with great growth and development opportunity.

Plano, Texas is the preferred location for this role but qualified remote candidates will also be considered.

How you will do it

• Leading the tax accounting, compliance and reporting functions

• Build out statutory taxes and oversee tax planning for the organization

• Quarterly and year-end tax provisions and disclosures.

• All aspects of domestic tax compliance and audits, including federal, state, and local sales/ income/telecommunications tax returns and other filings.

• Oversight of the tax landscape - to research and interpret, and assist with the ongoing analysis of tax positions and internal controls, and to identify and address potential tax burdens and risks.

• Analyze business and financial forecasts to provide insights on future effective tax rates and tax cash impact.

• Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to optimize our tax position and improve tax efficiency.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in tax or accounting (or related education)

• Minimum 10 years experience in tax

• Global tax experience at a large, publicly traded organization

• Strong knowledge of accounting for income taxes, corporate income tax compliance and audits (federal, state, and local), internal controls, U.S. GAAP, and SEC reporting requirements.

• Expertise in ASC 740 including domestic and foreign income tax provisions, uncertain tax position analysis, and valuation allowance analysis.

• Strong team-player with attention for detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work in multi-cultural, international environment
