Tax Credit & Incentive Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Manager for large operational projects; i.e. Retro WOTC project

  • Hosting meetings, maintaining notes, managing timelines, pulling in other groups as needed, providing data as necessary to Operations Management and Product Management for reporting

  • Provide technical guidance and answers to questions on how TCI systems work

  • Including Greenville Legacy, CAST, Dallas, Documentum, Captiva

  • Write documentation of system functionality

  • Provide User Training, including training materials on new functionality

  • Act as Product Owner on assigned System upgrades and enhancements

  • Write business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Understand and follow Agile methodology

  • Coordinate Operations team members for system migrations and upgrade tasks

  • Coordinate business unit testing (BUQA) of system enhancement and upgrades

  • Provide and coordinate system testing in CT environment before code is pushed to production

  • Provide and coordinate Post Promotion check support

  • Write monthly Release notes for internal users and provide to Product Manager for use externally

  • Manage Test Track Triage for TCI and Compliance Center

  • Provide support for Compliance Center by hosting weekly Operations and PD/PM calls

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience

  • 3 to 6 years of related experience

  • Expertise developing tactical and detailed plans for complex projects

  • Experience working with remote resources including company and third party teams

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across many internal departments including production, development and business partners

  • Strong organizational and operational drive towards on time and on target deliveries
