Tax Compliance Manager (Chinese Bilingual)

Objective

• We are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to review and ensure our clients’ tax filings are following government and local regulations.
• This role involves working with individuals, families, and businesses with different tax structures (partnership, LLC, S Corp, C Corp, sole proprietor, trust).

Qualifications

• CPA license is required
• Minimum of 10 years of taxation experience
• Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research skills
• Proficiency in ProConnect or other tax software, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations, trusts and individuals and related income tax workpapers
• Supervise engagements including planning, organization, and execution
• Research complex technical tax issues and provide solutions
• Manage multiple clients while consistently meeting deadlines
• Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning
• Train and mentor individual team members
• Ensure quality of work product
