Tax Analyst

Responsibilities

EnLink is seeking a motivated Income Tax Analyst to join our high performance work environment. This position will primarily support tax planning, tax reporting, and tax compliance aspects of our publicly traded entity and subsidiaries. This position will assist the tax team in meeting strategic tax objectives for an organization focused on executing growth plans. This position requires a tax professional with solid analytical skills and the ability to multitask. Interested candidates should have a desire to grow with the company and the department. Duties will include:

• Preparation of federal and state income tax filings.

• Assist with ensuring the group's compliance with current and changing tax reporting requirements, laws and regulations.

• Participate in developing and implementing tax strategies that align with EnLink's business planning, corporate strategy and geographical footprint, in addition to optimizing the group's effective tax rate.

• Assist with external and internal financial reporting requirements, in a SOX compliant environment, and ensure tax impacts of operations are properly reflected in all financial reporting.

• Collaborate with team members and internal and external customers.

• Research various tax-related issues effectively.

• Assist with fixed asset management (tax basis, tax gain/loss).

• Assist with special projects, including mergers and acquisitions and tax planning scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Tax required.

• Must be an active CPA or CPA eligible.

• Advanced Excel skills required.

• Access and PeopleSoft skills are a plus.

• Experience with OneSource tax software or similar programs a plus.

• Organizational skills and ability to respond to, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of completeness and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

• Able to work effectively on multiple, time-sensitive financial projects with challenging turn-around expectations.

• Self-starter, advancement-oriented, eager to learn.
