Are you a detail-oriented tax professional with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Tax Accountant to join our growing team and tackle a fast-paced tax season!

In this role, you will:

• Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for individuals and businesses (1000+ returns annually).
• Be particularly adept at handling complex returns for partnerships and S corporations (300+ annually). This includes experience with K-1 reporting (a huge bonus!).
• Analyze financial statements and tax documents to identify potential deductions and credits.
• Stay up-to-date on complex tax laws and regulations, particularly those related to pass-through entities.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting, with a strong track record in high-volume environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tax software programs (e.g., Intuit ProLine, Drake Software).
