Under direct supervision, responsible for stocking merchandise, while following all company policies and procedures. The Task (Temporary) employee may also be assigned cashier responsibilities depending on the staffing needs of a particular store.

  • Assist the Merchandise Manager with daily store replenishment, merchandise flexing process, store cleanliness standards including trash removal, physical inventory preparations, and merchandising and visual standards.

  • Execute load processing to productivity goals.

  • Execute out-of-stock, cycle count, return-to-vendor, return-to-distribution center, product break-ups, and destroy-in-field processes.

  • Set up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales and promotional events. Ensures compliance with established merchandising and housekeeping standards.

  • Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience we are looking for

  • High school diploma, no relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products and service.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to prioritize guest needs over task execution.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

VIEW JOBS 1/18/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-17T00:00 Job Description Description SAIC is hiring a Task Order Manager to support a Marine Corps program, The Consolidated Systems Integrator (TCSI), in either Reston, VA or Stafford, VA The Task Order Manager will be responsible for task orders totaling about $1.6M/year involving information system support, maintenance and software enhancements of a USMC system. This USMC system is mostly managed from near the Quantico Marine Corps base in SAIC's Stafford, VA office. The system and its task orders are part of a larger sole-source IDIQ program involving 11 other USMC systems supporting a variety of USMC functions under separate task orders. All are task orders managed by SAIC with a number of subcontractors supporting. General tasks include: * Manage a team of 10 IT professionals (analysts, SW developers, DBAs, system administrators, cybersecurity managers, testers, configuration managers, etc.); includes decision making on hiring decisions, performance management, subcontractor management and general management of the team with some assistance from the program manager. * Primary interface with the Gov't project manager (PjM) and the Gov't functional manager to interpret and deliver on the Gov't direction for the program. * Maintain accountability for all contract deliverables, their quality and timeliness. There is a quality assurance specialist assigned to the project, but the overall quality of deliverables is the TO manager's responsibility. * Financial management including managing the task order to a fixed price budget, reviewing bi-weekly financials with the project controller and the program manager, and taking corrective action where necessary. * Identifying, mitigating and managing risk. The post-deployment system sustainment (PDSS) of the system will include maintaining availability and cybersecurity posture; providing configuration management, service level management, interface management, performance management and incident management; and managing any system changes (patches or bug fixes) throughout the software lifecycle. Alternately, the software enhancement task orders will involve taking engineering change proposals (ECPs) from the initial high-level requirements phase thru the software lifecycle milestones of detailed requirements, design, development, testing and eventual deployment. Systems engineering knowledge would be helpful in managing the program through the Government's Software Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes and milestones. Technical software development knowledge is also helpful to managing the program, but not required. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree is preferred with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. * 10 years of IT experience with at least 2 of those years managing projects or programs or serving in a lead capacity. * Management level knowledge of IT technical terms and practices. * SW lifecycle management and/or SW systems engineering experience. * Experience self-prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently. * Strong leadership and management skills. * Excellent communication and conflict management skills. * The ability to obtain a Secret security clearance is required. US Citizenship is a must. * Detail oriented and analytical individuals. Desired Qualifications * USMC or DOD experience. * CMMI, ITIL and/or DevOps familiarity.
