The TSC Engagement Manager will also focus on strategizing community engagement plans, candidate experience and onboarding process improvement. The Role

  • Creates a vision, based upon data, for a team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the lowest cost

  • Manages the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators

  • Forecast and create staffing and investment strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand

  • Evolves and implements labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses

  • Partners with regional operations and Finance management and workflow teams to optimize labor requirements

  • Influences and makes recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers on building appropriate systems processes, and reports; is sought after for input on key decisions and influence to stakeholders

  • Leads and drives projects, of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through completion.

  • Fosters strong partnership with optimization leader to ensure pipeline creation activities meet the demand

  • Accountable to ensure the sourcing plans meet the demand effectively at optimal cost

  • Sets KPI's benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs

  • Owns training, development, team culture and morale for Workforce Staffing Engagement Team

  • Builds resource plans and calendars to execute community engagement and hiring activities

Expected Deliverables

  • Manage and own cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs

  • Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark

  • Build and foster community engagement and sourcing strategies and demonstrate through data return on investment

  • Exceed associate experience service levels and KPI's measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction

  • Dive deep into stakeholder NPS survey results and create action plans to address detractors

  • Have development discussions and provide detailed feedback to direct reports on performance and growth plans

The Workforce Staffing team is looking for a non-exempt Talent Supply Chain Engagement Senior Coordinator. As the Talent Supply Chain Engagement Senior Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that our candidates and stakeholders experience the highest level of Customer Obsession. In the HVH space you will help support project initiatives, daily assignments, and general task completion. Core Responsibilities: * Executes hiring events based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on-time * Meets critical deadlines for initiating background screening and completing drug test process to achieve labor orders * Ensures 100% compliance for work authorization documentation for associates * Consults with applicants on the best match for their desired position and available opportunities in Node * Guides applicants through the hiring process in accordance with Amazon's policies and procedures * Effectively executes NHE activities including Greeter, Welcome Event Presenter, Candidate Care Specialist, Computer Assistance, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administrator * Assists with New Hire Orientation NHO (proctored)or (virtual) from sending out broadcast communication to running audits to preparing Day 1 check-in to proctoring PvNHO * Initiates Candidate onboarding and matching them to the proper requisition * Resolves ACCS tickets by calling candidates identifying issues, offering to reschedule them, or assisting candidates who are having virtual new hire orientation technology issues, or offering assistance with any other concerns * Partners with Engagement Manager to support community groups such as workforce development agencies or local community colleges to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions. * Ensures all documents are scanned into the digital file management system * Trains L3 Engagement Coordinators on best practices and ensure standard work is followed. * Maintains confidentially on candidate sensitive topics. * Supports internal and external interviews as needed post being trained in Amazon's MGHD * Tracks and maintains statistics on effectiveness of Recruitment though weekly reports on recruiting data for presentation to HR leadership and business partners Amazon.Com, Inc.
