What You Will be Doing as a Part of the Talent Acquisitions Team:

  • Source and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Screen resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates that align with our company culture and values.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Human Services

  • Previous experience as a recruitment sourcer or in a similar role required.

  • Nonprofit Human Services or Healthcare experience preferred

  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Paylocity and other recruitment tools.
