What You Will be Doing as a Part of the Talent Acquisitions Team:
Source and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates that align with our company culture and values.
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Human Services
Previous experience as a recruitment sourcer or in a similar role required.
Nonprofit Human Services or Healthcare experience preferred
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Paylocity and other recruitment tools.
