As part of this team, we are now seeking a Talent Scout, for our Products and Technology. This individual will execute on a variety of sourcing strategies and will work closely with Executive leaders, Talent Partners and Engineering hiring teams to implement creative approaches in order to reach the very best talent. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and technically minded talent scout who is passionate about more than just creating pipeline but creating talent strategies across functions.
To be successful:
Passion for building structured talent pools with a focus on candidate experience and relentless pursuit
Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast scale operation and stay on top of current market trends and emerging technology
Eagerness to implement creative sourcing strategies in order to reach the most sought-after candidates
Comfortable in front of highly technical and C-suite executives
Able to think proactively and thrive in a team environment
2-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition capacity, preferably sourcing for technical roles
Tech industry knowledge and ability to understand relevant skills, technologies, and languages
Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system
Track record of building strong relationships with Talent Partners, hiring teams, and candidates
Strong communication and organizational skills
