Primary Purpose
Responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for all talent programs across the organization, as well as developing marketing material for these programs. Focus will be on sourcing by networking with potential candidates through multiple platforms (i.e., career fairs, classroom presentations, conferences, social platforms including LinkedIn, etc.). Additionally, they should have the ability to identify top talent and attract those candidates to the organization.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and attend recruitment events including career fairs, classroom presentations, on-site tours and more. Identify and target high-potential candidates both in person, at events and by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating further interviews with management. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professors, advisors and other stakeholders we partner with at key schools.
Develop and maintain a brand for Early Talent Programs and Talent Acquisition by developing marketing material for all talent programs. This includes branding processes from recruitment displays, interview processes, onboarding processes for Early Talent Programs, MST and more. Staying up-to-date with new trends and advancements in the employment market and field of education is imperative to the success of this branding process. Responsible for maintaining and updating social platforms with content on a regular cadence such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
Document recruitment processes and track recruitment data. This includes maintaining the database of information (i.e., Monday.com or Salesforce) with necessary upgrades and changes needed for best realtime data capture.
Responsible for building and maintaining the Veteran's Program for the organization and sourcing veterans through this effort as well.
Support the Early Talent Programs Specialists with the onboarding program and overall scheduling of Interns and Management Trainees. Aid in integrating new hires into Mountaire's culture and Way of Being.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 - 5 years' relevant work experience.
Prior recruiting experience preferred. Veteran sourcing a plus.
Requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes.
Excellent communication abilities/skills, both written and verbal.
Must have a passion for fostering positive relationships with prospective hires.
Minimum of 60% travel time to colleges, southern plants, etc.
