You know how to drive a compelling brand. You know how to engage people and social marketing is your thing. You also don't mind some operations work needed to support the platforms. From employment branding and recruitment marketing to candidate engagement, you will own it for Graphic Packaging across corporate, mills & plants, early career and diversity recruitment. You are a master of creating high-impact demand generation programs to grow a talent network, and as our Talent Marketing & Branding Leader, you will drive compelling and impactful recruitment marketing strategies.

Core responsibilities include:

Employer Branding Initiatives

  • Develop and maintain the company's employer brand identity.

  • Craft messaging and materials that showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for growth.

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all recruitment channels.

Job Advertisement Creation

  • Write engaging and accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.

  • Utilize SEO techniques to optimize job postings for maximum visibility.

  • Experiment with different formats and platforms to reach diverse candidate pools.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and curate content for company social media profiles related to talent acquisition.

  • Glassdoor sponsored profile

  • Indeed sponsored profile

  • LinkedIn profile, career pages & content calendar

  • Engage with potential candidates and respond to inquiries or comments promptly.

  • Glassdoor reputation (response mgmt & employee engagement)

  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain relevance.

Recruitment Event Coordination

  • Plan and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, or networking events.

  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, promotional materials, and attendee communication.

  • Act as a representative of the company, promoting its brand and opportunities to prospective candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, hiring managers, and executives to understand hiring needs and priorities.

  • Align talent acquisition marketing strategies with overall recruitment goals and company objectives.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment marketing activities and outcomes.

Metrics Analysis and Optimization

  • Track key recruitment metrics, including applicant source, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in talent acquisition marketing efforts.

  • Use insights to refine strategies and allocate resources effectively for future recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Employment or Corporate Branding, Marketing, and/or Talent Acquisition function with a focus on recruitment marketing

  • Knowledge of ATS platforms for developing or enhancing career sites and CRM utilization

  • Expertise in digital and social media advertising, employer branding, campaign management, and with recruiting tools like; LinkedIn, Indeed, Snagajob, Appcast, The Muse, Hello Bar, Broadbean, Twilio, and more

  • Savvy with data with a strong ability to compile and analyze data to tell the story and drive results

  • Candidate experience driven and results-oriented, constantly learning and understanding the business needs

  • Strong organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through

Responsibilities:

  • Drive change in our recruiting processes through identifying new ways to market our company to potential candidates.

  • Manage the Career site.

  • Manage job boards and candidate engagement platforms with our vendors.

  • Manage other third-party vendors for marketing and advertising support.

  • Build effective marketing strategies for various needs across the business, being able to recommend a campaign plan to convert the best ROI.

  • Manage all paid marketing and advertising for hiring initiatives, conversion rates and how to spread a budget over the course of a campaign.

  • Manage organic marketing and advertising needs - Email campaigns, and print collateral materials to attract, engage, nurture, and convert talent.

  • Amplify our employer branding across all candidate-facing sites or channels while inspiring associates to create and share their stories and employer reviews.

  • Oversee hiring event planning, strategy collaboration, execution, and results.

  • Play a key role in developing our people value proposition and infuse employer brand in all candidate touchpoints.

  • Lead, analyze and provide insights on recruitment marketing metrics across all channels.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong internal and external partnerships.

  • Create strong partnerships within the business: TA Recruiting team, HR Business Partners, Social & Creative teams.

  • Manage external vendor relationships and contracts to keep a pulse on active marketing campaigns and understand current business trends that could affect strategies.

This is a flexible remote or hybrid role (hybrid is a mix of days in the office and remote).

Pay Range: $102,270.00 - $136,395.00
