Talent Management Strategic Integrator, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Lead a team of strategic talent integrators with a focus on talent management. Collaborate with a team to drive multiple aspects of talent management, strategic capability building, talent reviews, and analytics. Proactively execute and lead large-scale, cross-regional organizational effectiveness initiatives. Formulate sector-level strategy for cyclical PST processes, such as salary and bonus planning, goals, performance management, DEI, and succession. Serve as the primary talent management contact for one to two client-facing business accounts. Lead initiatives around International People Strategy. Partner with business leaders to comprehend business environments, drive greater engagement and experience, and assess risks. Develop and execute a forward-looking Integrated Strategic People Plan that aims to provide a comprehensive roadmap of the various people processes and programs that enable our clients to achieve their business goals. Represent account from a senior leadership perspective when coordinating with senior PST leadership across the Enterprise.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a human resources function as an HR generalist, HR consulting, compensation, or talent acquisition
4+ years of experience with project management
Experience driving change and influencing business leaders through change management best practices
Experience in engaging and consulting, with clear and concise communication, with senior leaders to provide business and people-focused solutions
Experience with policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance, talent management, recruiting, resource management, or diversity, equity, and inclusion
Ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and peers by supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs
Ability to present to an Executive audience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with human capital consulting or functional HR role focusing on organizational design, change management, talent development, organizational development, workforce planning, or learning and development
Knowledge of leading research, practices, and innovations in organizational effectiveness
Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday
Ability to show leadership agility, judgment, and influence
Ability to create client-ready briefings and presentations with small and large groups, including peers and executives
Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking expertise and develop and articulate business cases and stories
Possession of excellent leadership and consulting skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and lead teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Master's degree in Human Resources
SPHR or PHR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
