The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for partnering with team members on broad talent initiatives, focusing on:
Building analytic platform across the HR organization
Aligning measures of success and streamlining analytic capabilities and reporting mechanisms
Support Business Process Improvements (BPI) initiatives across the People and Culture teams
Provide HR Generalist support to designated client group
Engage in multiple organizational design and development initiatives, working closely with HR Business Partners and members of the Talent Management team.
These initiatives will cover a broad spectrum of activities include; team or job redesign, development and scoping of new roles/departments, developing operating mechanisms and outlining interdependencies with other teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities among extended team members, and thinking through incentive and reward strategies.
Partner with HR Business Partners to identify and strengthen individual leaders and teams in areas of highest priority by advising around coaching and development strategies for key leadership.
Create and execute change management plans and strategies.
Undergraduate degree in psychology, human resources or business discipline.
Advanced degree in I/O psychology or business discipline strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills for analyzing and identifying user needs, proposing solution and logically organizing complex information
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form
Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Have a high degree of flexibility
Collaborate actively with others on cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, SMEs and other stakeholders
Ability to transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed,engaging and effective programs
