Job Description:

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for partnering with team members on broad talent initiatives, focusing on:

  • Building analytic platform across the HR organization

  • Aligning measures of success and streamlining analytic capabilities and reporting mechanisms

  • Support Business Process Improvements (BPI) initiatives across the People and Culture teams

  • Provide HR Generalist support to designated client group

  • Engage in multiple organizational design and development initiatives, working closely with HR Business Partners and members of the Talent Management team.

  • These initiatives will cover a broad spectrum of activities include; team or job redesign, development and scoping of new roles/departments, developing operating mechanisms and outlining interdependencies with other teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities among extended team members, and thinking through incentive and reward strategies.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify and strengthen individual leaders and teams in areas of highest priority by advising around coaching and development strategies for key leadership.

  • Create and execute change management plans and strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in psychology, human resources or business discipline.

  • Advanced degree in I/O psychology or business discipline strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills for analyzing and identifying user needs, proposing solution and logically organizing complex information

  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form

  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Have a high degree of flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collaborate actively with others on cross-functional teams.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, SMEs and other stakeholders

  • Ability to transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed,engaging and effective programs

RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for leading full life cycle recruitment activities which includes, but is not limited to conducting intake sessions with hiring managers, recommending and evaluating recruitment strategies for effectiveness, guiding hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, negotiating complex total rewards packages, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires * Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and customer relationships * Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure hiring practices are within compliance standards * Design and implement strategies to attract candidates for niche, hard-to-fill positions * Work closely with managers and staff to define and execute local HR strategies that enable the accomplishment of business objectives * Knowledgeable about the business and consultative on HR-related matters, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, etc. * Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports * Ability to support other regions across EMEA as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience * Prior recruiting experience with progressive experience with sourcing and full life cycle recruiting * Prior experience with ATS and/or HRIS to source, track and manage candidates * Prior experience recruiting technical and professional positions * Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Fluency in English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees and ability to foster teamwork within and across the region(s) * Experience with Taleo and LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred, but not required * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Proven ability to develop relationships across multiple teams with all levels of employees * Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision * Able to identify areas of improvement related to talent acquisition and develop strategies to address these areas CULTURE AND VALUES Culture and values are incredibly important to ANSYS.
