The Talent Management Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within our organization. As a Talent Management Specialist, your primary focuses will be on end to end recruiting and facilitating trainings. You will also collaborate with various departments to implement strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract high-potential candidates through innovative sourcing methods. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and expectations.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance. Provide guidance to managers on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
Career Development: Collaborate with employees and managers to create personalized development plans. Identify training and learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Succession Planning: Develop and maintain succession plans to identify and groom internal talent for key roles. Work closely with leadership to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns.
Retention Strategies: Analyze turnover data and develop retention strategies to minimize attrition. Implement programs and policies that contribute to a positive work environment and foster employee loyalty.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Work towards creating a diverse and equitable workplace that values and leverages differences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Management Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
