The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day project management and administrative support for the Change Healthcare Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion team.

  • Partners with various internal partners to manage the Talent Management and D&I reporting process including annual Diversity goal setting report, annual D&I report, quarterly Talent Management reports, etc.

  • Designs and implements talent management tracking systems to monitor the development and internal movement of key talent across the enterprise.

  • Helps manage the execution of the internal slating and talent pool process to support the talent management strategy.

  • Provides support for the Talent and Organizational Planning (TOP) process by providing resources to the People Solutions Business Partners for client rollout, overseeing reports and metrics, building templates, tools and charts that create consistency across the enterprise.

  • Manages the execution of the annual performance calibration cycle and provides troubleshooting support to business partners and people leaders.

  • Coordinates events related to talent management and diversity inclusion initiatives.

  • Provides support for the roll-out and management of the Change Healthcare Business Resource Groups.

  • Provides communication support for Talent Management and D&I initiatives across the enterprise.

  • Manages the enterprise exit interview process and provides recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

  • Helps facilitate cross functional meetings to support Talent Management and D&I initiatives.

Education / Training:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Learning & Development, Change Management and/or Project Management

Business Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment

Required Skills:

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results

  • Ability to lead a project team, assign tasks and create team accountability

  • Ability to clearly articulate problems and resolutions

  • Proven analytic ability and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent facilitation skills

  • Excellent time management skills

Specialized Skills:

  • Expertise in MS suite (specifically PowerPoint and excel)
  • Proficiency in Workday is a plus


  • Environment: In a cubicle office environment.

  • 10% travel

In this position the Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing requests from sales to provide the right solution that will supplement coverage in a building that does not meet minimum coverage requirements. Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will have responsibility for reviewing requests from the sales organization supporting Public Sector, and determining the recommended solution based on the situation. This position can be located in any valid Verizon location. What we're looking for... This position requires keen communications intuition, effective writing, and interpersonal skills, a team-player approach and ability to connect the dots across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be a creative technology professional who has the ability to navigate strategically throughout the organization with a focus on project success, and helping drive the sales funnel on behalf of the Public Sector sales teams. You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Four or more years of relevant work experience. * Project Management experience. Even better if you have: * A degree in Science. * Proven experience with enablement motions with an experience in project management. * Knowledge of the Network infrastructure and basic tools to measure coverage. * Ability to meet deadlines, communicate delays, clarify ambiguities. * Experience launching business products/capabilities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to drive, lead and influence cross-functional teams. * Strategic perspective and customer focus. * Experience managing across multiple technology partners. * Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. * Financial acumen, with a balanced blend of business and technical savvy. * Communication and presentations skills with demonstrated experience communicating to leadership stakeholders. * Foundational Government knowledge with Federal, and State and Local contract requirements. * Willingness to travel.
