The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day project management and administrative support for the Change Healthcare Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion team.
Partners with various internal partners to manage the Talent Management and D&I reporting process including annual Diversity goal setting report, annual D&I report, quarterly Talent Management reports, etc.
Designs and implements talent management tracking systems to monitor the development and internal movement of key talent across the enterprise.
Helps manage the execution of the internal slating and talent pool process to support the talent management strategy.
Provides support for the Talent and Organizational Planning (TOP) process by providing resources to the People Solutions Business Partners for client rollout, overseeing reports and metrics, building templates, tools and charts that create consistency across the enterprise.
Manages the execution of the annual performance calibration cycle and provides troubleshooting support to business partners and people leaders.
Coordinates events related to talent management and diversity inclusion initiatives.
Provides support for the roll-out and management of the Change Healthcare Business Resource Groups.
Provides communication support for Talent Management and D&I initiatives across the enterprise.
Manages the enterprise exit interview process and provides recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Helps facilitate cross functional meetings to support Talent Management and D&I initiatives.
