The Talent Management Partner serves as a key member of Delta Faucet Company's Global Talent Strategies Center of Excellence team, building and delivering a portfolio of talent and organization performance solutions. This role will drive change and align talent processes with Delta's overall business strategy, in partnership with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other centers of excellence, including Employee Experience. This person will act to drive thought leadership as a strategic partner and advisor to key stakeholders across DFC. In addition to delivering customized solutions to identify, develop, and retain talent, the Talent Management Partner will drive a culture of high performance by assisting in setting the strategy, creation and execution of global programs and processes.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively provides SME guidance, education, and training to enable quality execution and consistency of processes set by Masco and the Delta Talent Strategies team.

  • Address talent and development needs by setting a tailored talent management strategy, building a framework for a regular review of talent, advising on talent programs for High Potentials (HiPos), delivering I&D talent programs for under-represented talent, building talent exchange to strategically move key talent across the organization and improve internal mobility.

  • As key member of Delta Talent Strategies team, provide perspective and co-develop processes and programs for performance development, succession planning, career development and team effectiveness.

  • Lead succession planning efforts across DFC. Serve as a key leader in driving the Talent Review process, in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leadership; create development plans for high potential leaders and succession candidates identified during the Talent Review process; monitor progress against plans and provide accountability for on-time completion, and report progress to leadership teams.

  • Conducts organizational assessments & diagnostics, using defined methodologies to identify critical issues and root causes and implementing appropriate solutions to improve organization effectiveness.

  • Tracks metrics and performs talent analytics to provide insights into program opportunities and inform strategic talent planning.

  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify the learning needs of key cohorts of talent and serve as a design consultant to the programs.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors to design and deliver talent solutions that meet DFC's specific needs when needed.

  • Assist with and completes other talent management projects and duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent field is required.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in field of talent management or related fields of leadership development or organization development. Preferred HR business partner experience as well.

  • Strong knowledge of and deep functional expertise in contemporary talent management practices.

  • Proven abilities to partner with business leaders to drive accountability for developing talent, ensuring they know bench-strength of their team, identifies what is needed to deliver results, and assesses individuals accordingly. Critically evaluates talent and provides timely and constructive feedback.

  • Self-directed, process-oriented individual with strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Proven experience and abilities leading large scale projects inclusive of project design, execution, change management and success measurement. Anticipates barriers to change and directly addresses any resistance.

  • Highly pragmatic style. Easily adapts to ambiguity, changes in strategy, or conflicting information to drive timely decisions and a course of action

  • Thorough and detailed analysis of problems to produce optimal decisions focused on very specific goals. Seeks out others as sources of data, ideas, and help. Recognizes the broader issues to simplify analyses and execute timely decisions or actions. Challenges HR Business Partners and business leaders to view issues from multiple perspectives and continuously develop.

  • Develops strong relationships, influences key stakeholders, and builds consensus around decision-making and problem-solving. Recognizes which stakeholders hold influence to drive resolution and move work forward.

  • Removes barriers to effective communication by being open and working across organizational boundaries. Establishes strong partnerships and share best practices within and outside of function.

  • Strong oral/written communication skills.

Hiring Range: $83,900.00 - $131,890.00
