Numerator is looking for an exceptional Talent Management Coordinator to join our team! This person will have excellent administrative and customer service skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, our Talent Management Coordinator should display strong interest in helping others, solid customer service experience and a desire to learn and grow.

How you will contribute to the HR team:
Talent Team Point of Contact: You will partner with the Talent teams to serve as the first point of contact for employees who may have general HR questions during the onboarding process. Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team and the overall Talent department as needed.
Data Management: You will use your advanced organizational skills to provide administrator assistance and run reports for our performance management and learning management platforms. As requested, you will audit these systems and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Employee Communications: You will assist in the coordination and scheduling of onboarding for our North America offices, partnering with the Talent Team on general communications from Talent to various internal stakeholders. Assist with new hire orientation training and perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Talent Management.
Employer Branding: You will use your creative expertise to provide high-quality HR media, including the design and development of PowerPoint presentations, organization charts, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, for both internal and external audiences as requested.
Event Coordination: You are a culture champion! You will work across the organization to assist in the planning of training events, monthly employee celebrations, philanthropic events, and coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings as requested.
Onboarding: You will coordinate the onboarding process by sending new hire information and completing pre-employment screening items and internal new hire documentation. You will prepare welcome kits for new hires and assist hiring managers with their responsibilities related to onboarding.
Offboarding: You are so good at bringing someone into the organization, you can help ensure the offboarding process goes smoothly for the employee and leadership teams.
Other: Assist with other tasks as requested.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
You've "been there, done that". Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one-year experience in human resources and at least one year of experience in an administrative capacity. Experience in talent management is a big differentiator.
You've got some credentials. We require a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or another relevant degree.
You're a great communicator. You easily manage relationships and build rapport with others, and you're a pro at keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
Your organizational skills are top-notch. You have the ability to look at a process and figure out a way to make it better. You are a whiz at keeping things nice and orderly, whether it's files, paperwork, people, or processes.
You're a task master. Your time and project management skills are very strong, and you have the ability to focus on the smallest details while keeping the larger process running effectively to meet and juggle tight deadlines.
You're looking to build a career in HR & Talent. You have an interest in growing and developing as an HR professional, and you have had some exposure to talent management processes.
You're very tech savvy. You'd consider yourself an advanced to expert user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Experience with G-Suite is a huge plus.
You like change; you really like change. You can easily adapt as the situation warrants, and you are able to focus on multiple deadlines and change as the demands and fast pace requires.
You're a fixer. You demonstrate tact and empathy when dealing with employee concerns, and understand the sensitivity and confidentiality required of an HR professional. You know how to make a sound and quick judgment call as needed, and your sense of urgency is extremely high.
