Numerator is looking for an exceptional Talent Management Coordinator to join our team! This person will have excellent administrative and customer service skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, our Talent Management Coordinator should display strong interest in helping others, solid customer service experience and a desire to learn and grow.

Experience: 1-3 Years

How you will contribute to the HR team:

  • Talent Team Point of Contact: You will partner with the Talent teams to serve as the first point of contact for employees who may have general HR questions during the onboarding process. Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team and the overall Talent department as needed.

  • Data Management: You will use your advanced organizational skills to provide administrator assistance and run reports for our performance management and learning management platforms. As requested, you will audit these systems and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Employee Communications: You will assist in the coordination and scheduling of onboarding for our North America offices, partnering with the Talent Team on general communications from Talent to various internal stakeholders. Assist with new hire orientation training and perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Talent Management.

  • Employer Branding: You will use your creative expertise to provide high-quality HR media, including the design and development of PowerPoint presentations, organization charts, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, for both internal and external audiences as requested.

  • Event Coordination: You are a culture champion! You will work across the organization to assist in the planning of training events, monthly employee celebrations, philanthropic events, and coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings as requested.

  • Onboarding: You will coordinate the onboarding process by sending new hire information and completing pre-employment screening items and internal new hire documentation. You will prepare welcome kits for new hires and assist hiring managers with their responsibilities related to onboarding.

  • Offboarding: You are so good at bringing someone into the organization, you can help ensure the offboarding process goes smoothly for the employee and leadership teams.

  • Other: Assist with other tasks as requested.

What our ideal candidate looks like:

  • You've "been there, done that". Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one-year experience in human resources and at least one year of experience in an administrative capacity. Experience in talent management is a big differentiator.

  • You've got some credentials. We require a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or another relevant degree.

  • You're a great communicator. You easily manage relationships and build rapport with others, and you're a pro at keeping everyone informed and on the same page.

  • Your organizational skills are top-notch. You have the ability to look at a process and figure out a way to make it better. You are a whiz at keeping things nice and orderly, whether it's files, paperwork, people, or processes.

  • You're a task master. Your time and project management skills are very strong, and you have the ability to focus on the smallest details while keeping the larger process running effectively to meet and juggle tight deadlines.

  • You're looking to build a career in HR & Talent. You have an interest in growing and developing as an HR professional, and you have had some exposure to talent management processes.

  • You're very tech savvy. You'd consider yourself an advanced to expert user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Experience with G-Suite is a huge plus.

  • You like change; you really like change. You can easily adapt as the situation warrants, and you are able to focus on multiple deadlines and change as the demands and fast pace requires.

  • You're a fixer. You demonstrate tact and empathy when dealing with employee concerns, and understand the sensitivity and confidentiality required of an HR professional. You know how to make a sound and quick judgment call as needed, and your sense of urgency is extremely high.

This role will ensure that our advanced Research and Analyst staff will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and experiences to thrive as a well-rounded, commercially astute market research professional in 2025.</p> <p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>This role would report to the <strong>Director of Research Operations</strong> and would work closely with Research Directors, our internal experts, our recruiters, and our L&amp;D teams to ensure our career paths and job descriptions are clear and properly align to our goals, to coordinate external training opportunities, to oversee the development of content for advanced skill certification and support organizational designs that facilitate rotations/secondment.</p> <p>The Director of Talent Management (The Director) will support the development of an ecosystem of continued development pathways at Euromonitor in support of both our staff and management teams, to set both up for consistent success. </p> <p>We expect to support this role with a small group of champions and a secondment opportunity later in the year to support early initiatives and more clearly understand any additional future resources required.</p> <p><strong>Details</strong></p> <p>The Director will have five primary responsibilities:</p> <ul><li> <strong>Talent retention</strong> activities<ul> <li>Work across departments to review talent matrix exercises and ensure that our best and brightest have multiple points of contact within the organisation to facilitate growth (beyond their line manager) and that they have clarity around their growth development opportunities.</li> <li>Support the L&amp;D teams with selection of candidates for our mentorship programme.</li> <li>Work with Research Directors to maintain updated career progression opportunities that more clearly articulate success criteria for advancement and greater details about potential earnings and opportunities.</li> <li>Updating our CBMs and subsequent job descriptions, and publicly facing job postings to match current and anticipated responsibilities, with an emphasis on transparency, brevity and deeper linking to appropriate trainings on The Learning Loop platform.</li> <li>Develop a communication plan that clarifies career progression opportunities and pathways to celebrate the many ways one can advance and develop at Euromonitor.</li> <li>Run regular career progression and skill development workshops for staff members.</li> </ul> </li></ul> <p> Develop a<strong> Career Path Clarity plan </strong>which would require:</p> <ul> <li>Develop a series of ONE RESEARCH <strong>Certification Programmes</strong> </li> <li>Coordinate <strong>External Training Opportunities</strong><ul> <li>Mange the annual budget for external training in ONE RESEARCH</li> <li>Work with Research leaders to build a transparent process for selecting and matching personnel to external training opportunities that benefit both the individual and our business. Find ways for good external experiences to be shared more freely across teams, brought back to the benefit of Euromonitor, and used as a means of deeper connections across departments. </li> <li>Work with ONE RESEARCH leaders and local Country Managers to support placement and secondment opportunities across departments with greater regularity. </li> <li>Represent Euromonitor when exploring and engaging on Client Secondment opportunities. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> Support and Facilitate <strong>Placement and Secondment programmes</strong></p> <p><strong>How this role will work with other teams</strong></p> <p>The Director would need to work closely with our L&amp;D Team to ensure that our introductory and cross-functional trainings are fully realized and that the departments are getting the most value out of all L&amp;D tools and platforms. I would expect monthly meetings with the L&amp;D team and our wider HR department to ensure that advanced programmes are seamless extensions of our existing materials and activities. </p> <p>The Director of Talent Management will work closely with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and her team to align on strategies for attracting and retaining talent and ensure that the act of hiring, promoting and growing people is consistent from day one.</p> <p><strong>Key performance indicators</strong></p> <p>KPIs will be tied to number of successful certification programmes, staff satisfaction feedback on advanced training opportunities, successful implementation of rotation programmes and staff retention.</p> <p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>You must hold a high level of self-motivation, excellent communication and co-ordination skills and attract respect from colleagues.</li> <li>There are no geographic constraints on this role as it can be completed from any office.</li> <li>Extensive management/Project management experience a plus with a proven track record in people, business and organisational skills are essential.
