Talent Generalist

Common and Baseline Responsibilities

• Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.

• Provides generalist support and guidance to the regional Talent Manager in all aspects of HR including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, employee recognition, record keeping, and administration.

• Heavy emphasis on managing the recruitment process for a robust pipeline of candidates from job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, reference checking, extending offers and candidate follow-up.

• Leads career fair processes including scheduling, preparing teams with firm resources, and team/student follow-up and communication.

• Maintains HRIS database including entering new hires, employee data changes, and reporting.

• Schedules and conducts new hire orientations including review of firm policies and benefits orientation.

• Provides day-to-day benefits administration.

• Partners with others to lead studio initiatives including wellness, community service and events.

• Researches and responds to employee inquiries in a timely fashion.

• Supports the regional Talent Manager and local leadership during annual performance reviews and compensation analysis.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
• UKG Pro

Licensure/Certifications/Education

• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification (preferred not required)

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline

• 4-7 + years of experience

• Architecture industry experience a plus
