Common and Baseline Responsibilities
Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.
Provides generalist support and guidance to the regional Talent Manager in all aspects of HR including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, employee recognition, record keeping, and administration.
Heavy emphasis on managing the recruitment process for a robust pipeline of candidates from job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, reference checking, extending offers and candidate follow-up.
Leads career fair processes including scheduling, preparing teams with firm resources, and team/student follow-up and communication.
Maintains HRIS database including entering new hires, employee data changes, and reporting.
Schedules and conducts new hire orientations including review of firm policies and benefits orientation.
Provides day-to-day benefits administration.
Partners with others to lead studio initiatives including wellness, community service and events.
Researches and responds to employee inquiries in a timely fashion.
Supports the regional Talent Manager and local leadership during annual performance reviews and compensation analysis.

Software
Licensure/Certifications/Education
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification (preferred not required)
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
4-7 + years of experience
Architecture industry experience a plus
