Working alongside Talent & Development COE leaders, this role will support the design and delivery (to the company) of global processes, programs, tools and resources. Will also help evaluate talent and development programs designed to improve retention and engagement, professional development, performance, culture, build capability through talent and development priorities and core processes/programs.
Reporting to the Project Manager in the Talent & Devleopment COE, the Talent & Development Specialist supports projects and processes for the Talent & Development team across all major areas: Talent Management (including Gender Balance), Learning & Leadership development (assessments coordination, research projects, vendor management, intranet content), Inclusion & Diversity (support communications and planning of global diversity calendar, leverageable support to I&D Councils; social media liaison for I&D; intranet content & global I&D surveys); Manager Capabilities (including performance management, feedback, survey work, intranet content, communications); and HR Capabilities (building HR skill set across key strategic activities / to support the success of the HROM), all as described in the HR service catalogue. Approximately 50% of Talent & Development Specialists work load will be in one of these areas, with core projects/responsibilities clearly defined; the balance of responsibilities will be assigned by the Project Manager based on requisite skills and experience, learning needs of team members and bandwidth considerations.
