Understand the business environment, the organizations business strategy, goals, organization and talent needs Provide assessment, analysis and insights to help develop the organizations talent strategy and more specifically the talent development aspects of that strategy and priorities; getting shared vision with the HR leader and Business Leader of that organization Use customer insights, data and metrics to demonstrate the impact of talent development portfolio Develop strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor or thought partner on their talent development initiatives Advise HRBPs and business leaders on the best talent development interventions or solutions they can be leverage from the center and where a unique experience needs to be implemented Design and facilitate strategic talent experiences in the organization (Ex.
Strategy sessions, Development Experiences, Offsites, Executive Assimilations. This will require judgment and partnership with the HR Leader of the group on where to best invest time) Own and maintain steady state TD Portfolio programs end to end in partnership with PM & L&D group Use knowledge working in specific organizations to contribute to the development of core offerings in Talent Development and understand emerging capabilities needed in the organization. This may include needs assessment, partnering on experience design, experimenting with a small group, implementing at scale and measuring the impact.
Communicate and guide the implementation of global talent development experiences in specific organizations Partner across Intuits L&D community to leverage best practices and models that can be brought back to the business Manage key stakeholders, sets appropriate expectations with leaders in the organization and prioritize the most important work Models and teaches the Intuit Values Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, related field or equivalent experience. At least 10 years work experience in business or human resources with an emphasis on talent management, organizational design/development or human capital consulting. Able to accurately diagnose root cause and design interventions that contribute to delivering better business outcomes Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position will also be part of the talent development Strategist group, based in Mountain View, CA.
