This is an opportunity someone who has an interest in reviewing every aspect of our current approach to recruiting top talent and implementing the necessary changes to take our Talent Acquisition capability to the next level. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in redesigning our current recruiting processes and infrastructure as well as proposing and implementing solutions to enable our next phase of growth as an organization. The ideal candidate needs to have deep experience in employment branding and implementing strategies to ensure that we use every avenue available to evangelize the Model N story to prospective candidates. The successful candidate will be a storyteller, a visionary, an empathetic leader and, most importantly, an execution-focused team player. This role reports to the Chief People Officer. Role Description: * Building and manage a global recruiting team of 5 people that can meet the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing worldwide technology company * Develop an automated and scalable recruiting strategy * Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals to measure success and drive accountability * Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns * Act as a key business partner to hiring managers/leaders of the organization * Actively recruit for key roles as needed * Develop strategies to build Model N's employment brand including our social media presence, overseeing the redesign of our company's career page and reviewing all current recruiting collateral to ensure that we are effectively telling a dynamic story to prospective candidates * Review all current processes to ensure exceptional candidate experience * Reboot Model N's employee referral program to ensure it is robust, engaging and highly incentivizes our employees to participate in referring talent within their networks * Developing an integrated recruiting strategy with Model N's recruiting team in India and partner closely to ensure global consistency in candidate messaging, employment branding and candidate experience. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 8-10 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, rapid growth tech companies * Extensive experience in all aspects of recruiting, including recruiting coordination, sourcing and direct full-cycle recruiting * Constant curiosity and interest in keeping up with recruiting trends and best practices * Consistent track record with sourcing, recruiting, and closing exceptional talent (especially passive candidates) * Strong program management skills and have extensive experience designing, assessing, deploying and optimizing global talent sourcing campaigns & initiatives. * Patient, communicative, and detail oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills * Great teammate; ability to multi-task, pitch in with other recruiting team members when they need help, and navigate through change - all while staying focused to get critical items resolved * Self-motivated and assertive - ability to seek answers and drive solution * Extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through in an interrupt-driven environment * Experience and proficiency with Jobvite.
