We're searching for a dynamic leader to join our global talent development team and help us solve some of our most important challenges, including:

  • How do we develop our leaders globally so that all of our leaders understand and act in ways that meet TI's leadership expectations?
  • How can we raise the capability and performance of the people in our organization?
  • How can we help leaders transition quickly, accelerating their integration into their new organizations and teams?
  • How can we ensure TI has a robust pipeline of ready now talent for critical leadership and technical roles?
  • How do we establish a culture of real time feedback and continuous learning?

We are looking for someone who will act as a consultant, liaison, and execution expert, supporting a specific organization within TI. They will need to learn the organization, its strategy, priorities, critical roles, and challenges, and partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to craft and execute a talent strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Organizational Development, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Human Resources or similar with a minimum of 7 years of experience

  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred

  • Experience leading and operating in a global environment

Experience designing and implementing programs and processes while balancing creativity and pragmatism are essential. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of business drivers and can link development to business success.

  • Able to manage complex projects including conceptual design, implementation, and feedback loops

Who we're looking for Toyota's Talent Development team in Human Resources is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Talent Development Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Administration and Coordination support for 3 sections within the Talent Development function (Training and Learning; Talent Development & Culture; and Succession and Performance Strategy.) Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Development & Culture, the person in this role will support the Talent Development function's objectives to develop strategies, programs and tools which enable the organization to develop talent that can meet any objective and provide mobility for all. What you'll be doing * Training Program administration (Intake management, setting up agenda/communications to cohort via coordination app, order catering, room reservations, classroom set-up, post-class follow-up surveys, vendor coordination communication and reflection/kaizen meetings, vendor invoice processing, training calendar maintenance) * Leadership Development program administration (Schedule Webinars, manage speaker series and visibility event logistics, Nomination program coordination and logistics/vendor management, mentoring program administration.) * Onboarding/New Hire Orientation administration (Catering, coordination app administration, swag bag preparation and inventory management, name tags, document printing/packet creation, Bin prep for Tundra-Build sessions, post class surveys, LMS updating. * Succession Planning and Driving Performance meeting support/scheduling, Budget/vendor administration. * Lead, coordinate and/or administer ad-hoc department projects as necessary.
