REQUIRED: bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in business, organization development, training and development, human resources, or related field; at least seven years' directly related experience consulting and training; two years' management experience; experience applying talent management, change management, organizational design, and workforce planning principles in large, complex organizations; collaborative approach and ability to influence cross-functionally; strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, meeting design, facilitation, instructional design, and written and verbal communication skills; experience developing learning programs that incorporate sound principles of instructional design and adult learning theory; knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence of using it to develop innovative learning solutions across a range of organizational levels; experience designing, delivering, evaluating, and assessing learner-centered, results-based training; and experience ensuring that program-specific messaging and branding is consistent with departmental approach. Must be able to assess organizational culture and create and implement appropriate intervention; organize and complete multiple projects, measure the results, and serve diverse clients; establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of constituencies in a culturally diverse environment; analyze issues/data and develop practical solutions, partner with others to assure high quality outcomes, and influence decision-making; and develop diverse learning solutions that provide high impact and sustained learning. TALENT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, Resource Development (RA)/Alumni Association (AA)-Human Resources (HR)/Strategic Talent Management (STM), to collaborate with HR colleagues and RD and AA leaders and managers to enable a diverse staff to be fully engaged and reach their full potential. Will design, develop, and deliver high quality, client-centered programs and resources that advance RD and AA's talent management priorities. These programs/resources respond to department-specific needs and align with RD and AA goals and culture.

Position Summary: This role leads the development, implementation and maintenance of modules within Bain's Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Workday. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement and change management; technical configuration and design of system processes; design and development of integrations, reports and dashboards; and project based system enhancements to ensure continuous improvement. Essential Functions: * Stakeholder collaboration and change management * Collaborate with business leads, analyzing and communicating ways Workday can support their strategic objectives * Own the module roadmaps and planning of future enhancements * Prioritize and manage system demands and effectively communicate trade-offs or constraints * Demonstrate creative methods for collaborating with users to continuously align on changing business needs * Stay informed of Workday features and enhancements in order to continuously improve Bain's Workday platform * Technical configuration and design of system processes * Serve as a lead member of the Workday team, offering expertise and guidance on Workday design and configuration * Translate needs and practices into comprehensive system design * Create workflow processes and overall configuration design decisions that allow for system efficiency and superb user experience * Work closely with the team to coordinate on changes to ensure system specifications and workflow process are tested and documented * Design and development of integrations, reports and dashboards * Design and configure complex reports using Workday logic and condition rules * Configure creative dashboards and data visualizations to meet end-user needs * Develop Workday integrations while collaborating with multiple internal system teams * Maintain integrations, continuously evaluating how configuration changes impact integration design and other Bain systems * Project based system enhancements * Lead project-based system enhancements for Workday modules * Engage with implementation partner/vendor on scope and ensure design aligns with both business requirements and operational needs * Execute technical configuration of new process and plans * Design and conduct data conversion * Provide input on test plans to ensure the successful roll out of the product * Manage communication on project timelines and deliverables to stakeholders Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor's Degree (Required) * Degree in HRIS or IT (Preferred) Experience: * 5-8+ years of experience required * 4+ years of HRIS experience required * 2 years of Workday experience required * Implemented 1 or more Workday modules from the ground-up preferred * Coordinated new process implementation across multi-national stakeholders preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Expertise in Workday technical configuration * Ability to design and configure complex Workday integrations and reports * Workday Studio and XSLT experience * Scrum training or familiarity with agile methodology and concepts * Demonstrated experience with stakeholder collaboration and change management * Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs * Experience with Workday implementations * Familiarity with talent management and payroll concepts and process * Proven strong logic, analytical and technological skills * Demonstrated team leadership and ability to coach and collaborate with others * High performance and standards as demonstrated by academic or previous job experience * Workday certified preferred Bain & Company Boston MA
