REQUIRED: bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in business, organization development, training and development, human resources, or related field; at least seven years' directly related experience consulting and training; two years' management experience; experience applying talent management, change management, organizational design, and workforce planning principles in large, complex organizations; collaborative approach and ability to influence cross-functionally; strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, meeting design, facilitation, instructional design, and written and verbal communication skills; experience developing learning programs that incorporate sound principles of instructional design and adult learning theory; knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence of using it to develop innovative learning solutions across a range of organizational levels; experience designing, delivering, evaluating, and assessing learner-centered, results-based training; and experience ensuring that program-specific messaging and branding is consistent with departmental approach. TALENT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, Resource Development (RA)/Alumni Association (AA)-Human Resources (HR)/Strategic Talent Management (STM), to collaborate with HR colleagues and RD and AA leaders and managers to enable a diverse staff to be fully engaged and reach their full potential. Will design, develop, and deliver high quality, client-centered programs and resources that advance RD and AA's talent management priorities. These programs/resources respond to department-specific needs and align with RD and AA goals and culture.
