Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

• Reports to the Manager of Culture, Diversity & Talent Development.

• Supports the Performance Management program and high-potential programs by organizing, planning, executing, and analyzing various aspects of the programs.

• Partners with internal business units to collaboratively determine objectives and strategies that are needed for developing our current and future leaders.

• Conducts organizational assessments and development needs analysis.

• Assists with logistics and administrative tasks as necessary.

• Works closely with Manager and other business leaders to analyze data through a D&I lens

• Creates and delivers presentations as deemed necessary by Manager.

• Participates in D&I initiatives and other projects as needed by Manager.

Performance Management

• Plans and drives annual performance management initiatives and training.

• Analyzes data and creates reports to identify trend and opportunities for improvement.

• Consults with leaders to assist in performance discussions, career pathing, and to identify developmental opportunities.

• Uses competency library to guide individuals and managers in identifying key behavior patterns that align individual goals with the organization's mission, values, and goals.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Minimum age of 18 years old.

• Degree or certification in Education, Organizational Development or related field or a minimum of 3 years' experience with organizational development practices.

• Demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Tableau: communicate dashboard vision and determine relevant data to include in the dashboard.

• Demonstrated experience with PowerAutomate to streamline workflows.

• Strong project management and continuous improvement experience.

• Working experience with Performance Management, development assessment and planning tools.

• This individual must have ability to a communicate effectively and is comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.

• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and, collaboratively on a team with strong time-management.

• The ideal candidate uses emotional intelligence to makes sound decisions and has a strong drive for results.

• Ability to travel to deliver training (average 25%).

• Exceptional written, verbal, active listening, and interactive communication skills.

• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.

• Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
