What you'll be responsible for:

As a Talent Coordinator-TA, you will work diligently to support recruiting processes such as scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating logistical tasks, administering NDAs, drafting offer letters, and other ad-hoc talent acquisition projects. You will play an integral part of a best-in-class Talent Acquisition organization focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring global talent by providing best-in-class service to candidates and hiring managers alike. As you will be actively involved in many facets of the recruiting process, this position represents an excellent opportunity for those who wish to eventually embark on a Recruiter career path and are willing to put in the hours and commit to the process.

What you'll work on:

  • Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

  • Routinely schedule candidate interviews for Hiring Managers and Panel Interviewers alike.

  • Publish job postings to various job boards and career sites.

  • Generate offer letters.

  • Evaluate talent acquisition workflow processes and provide recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Work on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects.

This person will be recruiting for various levels and positions across multiple disciplines across the country with a focus on attracting industry professionals in Assurance, Tax & Consulting in the public accounting and professional services arena. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will work with our Principals and our Talent Acquisition team to drive the hiring processes across several lines of business. The position will assist in identifying and defining hiring needs and collaborating with a variety of internal clients to hire the best talent internally and externally. They will perform full life-cycle recruiting including proactive sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and closing offers. They will perform proactive candidate searches via the web, employee referrals, unsolicited resumes, and social networking. This senior recruiter should demonstrate excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, organization and interpersonal skills. They will need strong interview skills in order to facilitate the selection process and must be able to follow and demonstrate appropriate recruiting processes. They should possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail for critical revenue generating roles in order to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on key business needs. They must be proactive in both recruiting efforts to find qualified candidates as well as communication of those proactive activities with hiring leaders within the firm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Four years of experience recruiting in a corporate or staffing firm. Experience recruiting for public accounting or professional services roles preferred. * Bachelor's Degree in HR or business related field. Five years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. A combination of corporate and agency recruiting is a plus. * Microsoft Office experience is required * 3 years of Accounting or Finance recruiting experience is strongly preferred * Previous experience with applicant tracking system such as Workday is preferred * General understanding of OFCCP/AAP Guidelines is highly preferred * LinkedIn Recruiter experience highly preferred CLA exists to create opportunities for our people, our clients, and our communities.
