The Talent Coordinator supports DDB's global HR team by planning and coordinating the delivery of learning programs, providing systems support for our performance management system, and providing project coordination support for our yearly employee engagement survey.

Responsibilities

Global Learning and Development Support

Supports the planning and execution of training sessions globally

Performance Management Systems Support

Become a system expert and provide direct admin and end-user support to offices using our performance management system

  • Acting as help desk for the global network

  • Liaising with developers to troubleshoot

  • Managing all system access (add/edit user access in system)

Employee Engagement Survey

Partner with the Senior Talent Manager to help manage the Employee Engagement Survey implementation, fielding and reporting. This includes:

  • Managing project timeline and office registration

  • Collecting, sorting and merging data from participating offices. This includes colleting all data to support implementation (i.e., employee data reporting relationships and analysis, etc.)

  • Working closely with vendor to ensure timely delivery of all project tasks

  • Creating and distributing reports, and coordinating online training sessions

Other Projects

Supports other global HR projects, as needed.

The ideal person

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, event planning, and/or systems support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across locations, divisions, and departments

  • Adaptive to change

  • Experience with event planning and coordination

  • MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Sharepoint.

As our Talent Coordinator you will be identifying and attracting exceptional candidates, managing diverse pipelines, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You have a knack for being a talent influencer and you love the matchmaking process. You are solutions oriented, you have a knack for figuring things out and are always seeking ways to improve results. You are comfortable with social media and are likely an early adopter of platforms and apps. You're awesome at doing research and can find anything online. You're good at friendly Cyberstalking, you work smart and you find joy in building teams. You've done calendar management before, and can handle a large volume of scheduling and rescheduling requests, all while remembering the candidate. What You Will Do: * Heavy calendar management - be able to schedule interviews, calls and zooms for our team and hiring managers in different time zones * Provide a great candidate experience at every step * Source candidates for roles using LinkedIn and other resources * Utilize your technology knowledge to think outside the box of where you engage potential candidates * Learn our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) inside and out * Build processes around our ATS system and keep the team up to date on features and processes * Maintain ATS data integrity (we use currently use Greenhouse) and contribute to consistently improving our branding * Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management * Take on HR and Talent Acquisition passion projects - anything to get us analytics around what is going on in the market and what we can do to improve our candidate and internal interviewing experience * Stay up to date in the market of HR/ TA best practices - attend conferences, meet-ups and other peer groups * Owning communication with all internal stakeholders - from working with a first time hiring manager to the C-Suite. What You'll Bring to the Table: * 1+ years of heavy calendar management experience * Experience with an Applicant Tracking System * Knowledge of out of the box social media sourcing strategies, LinkedIn recruiter, universities, and niche job boards * Great communication skills and customer service (for candidate experience) * Intellectually curious, self-motivated and an independent learner * Excitement to constantly improve the role * Desire to partner with internal stakeholders to grow the business * Bachelor's Degree There is no such thing as the perfect resume, or someone that checks every box.
