The Talent Coordinator will be the administrative expert and provide front-line support to hiring managers, employees, and applicants for any system or process related issues. This includes facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities such as posting jobs, new hire paperwork and onboarding. As a member of a small team, this energetic multi-tasker will juggle responsibilities, innovate solutions, and provide support to the Talent Management Center of Excellence
Associates degree or higher preferred.
Minimum 2 years related experience with demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast paced environment. Human Resources or healthcare experience a plus.
Exceptional Microsoft office skills. ATS or HRIS experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism under any situation is critical.
Experience providing exceptional customer service over the telephone.
Detail oriented and highly organized with proven superior time management skills including ability to multi-task.
