Job Purpose: Manage and facilitate the recruitment process to include both client and candidate relationships. Act as a lead position in a collaborative team effort to attract, identify and hire top talent. Work closely with Sourcing Specialists, Recruitment Coordinators, Hiring Managers and HR Representatives. Identify and evaluate talent, while maintaining positive relations with the marketplace.
Manage and facilitate the recruitment process, among the candidate, hiring manager, and internal team to attract, identify and hire top talent for the Institute.
Perform candidate interviews.
Direct sourcing activities.
Conduct technology and tracking tasks.
Participate in projects, ATS, training as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work Experience: Three to five years job related experience with a demonstrated track record of achievement in the recruitment industry; highly prefer some technical recruitment expertise and experience sourcing in a 3rd party or corporate recruitment environment utilizing networking, cold-calling and technology, to attract talent; experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
Preferred Education: N/A
Preferred Work Experience: Managing a high requisition load in a fast pace environment. Success in filling hard to fill positions and IT positions.
Preferred Certifications: Certification in behavorial interviewing
