The Talent Brand Manager will be a key member of our Indigo People team, a modern, strategic group focused on ensuring that Indigo is one of the best places to work through fantastic opportunities to grow and develop, and prioritizing a mission-driven, healthy and motivating culture.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Set a clear strategy with an outlined roadmap for success

  • Develop and communicate a short term and long-term strategy

  • Build talent brand framework for university recruiting program

  • Clearly articulate talent brand strategy to employees

  • Meet with key stakeholders across the company to understand what employees in their field desire

  • Build key metrics, interpret data and make adjustment to talent brand strategy

Create content that is easily accessible, organized and well curated to the Talent Brand strategy

  • Set up a digital repository of content (both employee and professional)

  • Create weekly/biweekly content calendar for people topics/content

  • Implement a tool to track user generated content and get permission to re-use content

Cultivate a talent brand so that Indigo is one of the top companies to work at

  • Identify key conferences, events and meetups where Indigo should have a strong presence

  • Work closely with Head of People and Marketing to create strong content for Indigo brand

  • Maintain internal talent brand, ensure employees feel like they work at the best places to work

  • Indigo is seen as the most sought-after job at top-tier schools

Work with Marketing to create the most riveting "Join Us" page

  • Aligns with marketing on content to re-vamp the career site

  • Help increase the number of applicants at the top of the funnel

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience

  • Has grown a brand previously

  • Marketing experience required

We are looking for a six-month contract to focus on managing our entire global employment branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support all presence for Stantec as a workplace. * Lead and develop employment advertising and social media. * Create recruitment marketing programs and campaign strategies. * Manage career sites (including job requisitions) to be engaging and search optimized. * Positively position and increase brand awareness for Stantec as an employer of choice. * Strategically use all forms of media in recruitment efforts – digital, video, print, email marketing, etc. * Establish employer brand goals and develop reporting to support key metrics. * Manage Stantec's employer brand budget. * Acts as an ambassador of our culture at Stantec and enable employee value proposition. * Manage all aspects of employer brand for Stantec. Championing the Stantec life in all areas of the organization. * Design, develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of our employee value proposition – including how it resonates at the macro and micro level of our targeted audiences in all our locations. * Responsible for the design, development and execution of enterprise recruitment marketing strategies aimed at building brand awareness and attracting a diverse candidate pool of top talent. * Creation of talent communities, social media and mobile strategies, search engine optimization and measurement of integration with applicant tracking systems. * Educate and empower the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting strategies so that they can lead recruitment marketing efforts for their particular talent pools. * Evaluate, redesign or create all Stantec's enterprise employment branded properties (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Careers Website, Blogs (Campus/Employment/Employee Resource Groups/etc.). * Evaluate recruitment and advertising vendor proposals and manages vendor relationships for development, implementation, delivery, and team education/awareness. * Develop and track key applicant metrics to measure return on recruitment investments. * Nurture and continuously build strong relationships with internal teams outside of Talent Acquisition, including; Public Relations, Creative Teams, Marketing, HR Business Partners, COE's, etc. * Join forces and collaborate with corporate marketing and social teams on employment branding initiatives to ensure branding messages are consistent and aligned. Work closely with PR and other internal teams to bring employee stories to life for external candidates. * Content creation (push) and curating content (pull) to share and resonate with our industry. Plus, editorial planning process and calendar. * Drive social ambassador network internally by providing experiences to boost employee pride and be an employment brand ambassador externally for Stantec and internally (through training, education, communication). * Work closely with the D&I team and internal communication on diversity initiatives and unique ways to reach specific audiences. * Ensure that the candidate experience from sourcing to placement reflects the Talent brand. * Monitor Glassdoor channel including strategy and provide report to HR leaders. Responsible for analyzing data and devising solutions/creative ways to address with the business. * Partner with university relations manager to plan for on-campus recruitment push, developing campaigns, messaging, and training for recruitment representatives and hiring managers * Collaborate with social team to amplify news that matters to employees and expresses #StantecProud and #StantecCareers corporate bride on all Stantec channels. * Manage Life at Stantec presence at Stantec.com to provide potential talent with information about the workplace culture. * Ability to scale, effectively and quickly. * Able to speak confidently in large public settings.
