Talent And Learning Project Manager

The T&L Project management role operates within the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications team, which is dedicated to aligning T&L's vision with a strategic plan.

Role Overview: The T&L Project Manager plays a pivotal role within our T&L organization, providing strategic and project management support across the organization, particularly in the executive talent management space. Through alignment with the Customer Experience and Executive Solutions team, this individual will contribute to enhancing client experiences, driving efficiency, and ensuring the seamless execution of talent management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and tactical support in the executive talent management space, aligning with the vision and strategic plan of the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications organization.

• Project manage executive talent management processes and activities across L1 organizations and for ELT/CEO/board talent reviews, ensuring timely and effective execution.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Executive Solutions team to enhance client experiences and improve business outcomes.

• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify T&L processes, provide timely support, and deliver meaningful solutions.

• Execute tasks with a high level of responsiveness, prioritizing and organizing work effectively, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Anticipate the needs of talent consultants and L1 PPs autonomously, providing proactive support and collaboration.

• Work closely with talent consultants and the CEEDs team to develop and execute talent presentation strategies, preparing materials to support client engagements.

• Generate internal and client-facing reports to track the impact and state of talent health, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Skills and knowledge:

• Strong Project Management Experience (Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel and project management tools)

• Proficiency in preparing Senior Leader Presentations

• Talent Management Experience and familiarity with talent/learning tools (or ability to quickly learn)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Experience and Education:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in training, presentation, facilitation, consulting, project management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
