Job Purpose
The Talent Analytics Analyst will have the responsibility of developing and implementing innovative solutions and reporting strategies, shifting effective analytical findings to the next generation of results across the business. This role requires the familiarity with HR best practices and ability to research, analyze, and interpret large data sets to help solve business problems.
Responsibilities
Champion analytics best-practices and help drive the organization toward a greater degree of automation, transparency and repeatability in reporting and analytics.
Extract, normalize, and enrich data from multiple HR systems to create easy to use reporting sources for downstream customers.
Support projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization strategies.
Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders across organization.
Prepare reports of data results with clear and concise visualizations
Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; Business, Computer Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or Analytics degree strongly desired
3 years' experience in an analytical role
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience utilizing business intelligence tools for reporting
Demonstrated experience providing data driven solutions, support, and service
Knowledge of SQL strongly desired
