GEICO is seeking a Talent Acquistion Strategy & Systems Analyst II to join our Talent Acquistion team. Under general supervision, this individual will lead and support the vision of Talent Acquisition, associated systems, vendors, training, utilization, metrics, testing, selections programs country wide.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and contributes to recruiting process and strategy in collaboration with TA Leadership, facilitates adoption and governance of associated systems and process.

  • Directs cross-functional teams to ensure seamless recruitment experience.

  • Supports communication of recruitment process & associated system(s) to stakeholders companywide to ensure cross-team alignment.

  • Supports bringing a creative and innovative approach to embed strategic solutions at every stage of the talent lifecycle.

  • Facilitates thoughtful changes and suggestions regarding Workday Recruiting related functionalities, including but not limited to:

  • Business Process.

  • Tasks and communications sent to business partners, people team partners, candidates, associates, recruiters, etc.

  • Automated actions and progression.

  • Background check integration and strategic alignment with shared services.

  • Identifies opportunities, researches potential solutions with Workday technical owners, creates technical requirements documents, completes user testing of updates, and communicates system changes to all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and robust metrics, identify areas of opportunities through data analysis, and drive self-service in PowerBI. Responsible for supporting training users, monitoring adoption, supporting requests and reviewing reports.

  • Support and facilitate a standardized process for UAT, user testing, and practitioner testing, guiding users through the system, metrics, or supplier experience to ensure adoption and change management.

  • Analyzes results, identifies opportunities, and develops project plans to improve recruitment and new hire experience.

  • Adheres to the GEICO code of conduct, company policies and operating principles.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years strong data/analyst experience

  • Experience with PowerBI, Workday

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking

  • Must be able to communicate in a professional manner by verbal and/or digital communication channels

  • Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations

  • Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts and facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills

  • Mus be able to multi-task

  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural documentation, draft and finalize requirements documents with collaboration from stakeholders, and liaise with technical partners

  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
