This position requires residing in Florida and cannot hire anyone that lives outside the state of Florida. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite.

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor for Provider Recruitment will help lead the team in supporting the recruitment function specifically for the hiring of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APP), and Advance Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) into our Integrated Delivery Network (IDN). The ideal associate in this role will be passionate about finding top talent while creating a delightful recruitment experience for candidates and leaders that will positively impact our patients and our community.

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will have a proven track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams that drive recruitment strategies both locally and regionally. The leader will constructively and positively motivate the team to identify, attract, and selecting talent based on experience and potential who will drive our organization forward to our mission of becoming a consumer centric wellness employer of choice.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Provide the highest levels of service delivery and operational excellence to the Provider Recruitment team, Health First leaders, and Executives to support their business goals, both short-term and long-term that align with the Talent Acquisition functional capabilities.

2.Review AAPPR benchmarking to apply effective, measurable metrics that will drive successful outcomes and positive experiences for candidates and those involved in the hiring process alike.

3.Develop the Provider Recruitment team to execute robust, comprehensive talent identification and attraction strategies that target both active and passive candidates.

4.Be able to hands-on mentor and cultivate the team to maximize performance while also achieving hiring goals that support hiring targets and planned initiatives.

5.Be adaptable to changing business needs, healthcare changes that can develop rapidly and changes in market conditions.

6.Consistently evaluate the technology and tools used to support the Provider Recruitment function to maximize usage, effectiveness and efficiency.

7.Ability to inspect and review screening, interview processes, credentialing, and onboarding in partnership for accuracy, timeliness and experience that can be measured by data.

8.Collaborate with internal resources such as Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll to achieve positive outcomes and ensure process adherence.

9.Exercise strong data-driven decisions by analyzing ATS and CRM data points to continuously improve and iterate on the Provider Recruitment function.



  1. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

  2. Consistently ensuring the team maintains the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Will consider an Associates degree and 5 years of Provider Recruitment experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree.

  • License: None

  • Certification: None

  • Work Experience: 3 years Provider/Physician Recruitment in a corporate environment

  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

o Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including PowerBI, MS Forms, OneNote, MS Teams and SharePoint but also Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

o Leading a team size of 10

o Strong analytical abilities to analyze employee data, job requirements and organizational needs to match associates with suitable opportunities.

o Experience sourcing proactively and on-demand to build talent pipelines

o Must be able to be facilitate onsite meetings with leaders, aide with on-site interviews and attend recruitment events when possible.
