The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, Retail Operations will be responsible for overseeing and executing recruitment strategies and programs with primary TA vendors. This includes: managing critical vendors to ensure compliance with SLA's and enhancing the relationship with the vendor to have a direct line to those directly impacting the Bridgestone name.
Create the TA strategy for the Bridgestone retail platform within a matrixed Center of Excellence environment.
Will bring robust data analytics and report out capability for key internal stakeholders. Able to convert data to insight to actions.
Manage the relationship with an RPO. Provide vendor oversight and bring Bridgestone management to the $8M agreement. This position will bring in a more intimate level of oversight to implement the Bridgestone way of recruiting. Will act as central liaison with BSRO and our vendors.
Develop a deep relationship to steward execution of SLA's with one vendor that has indirect spend of $3M discover ways we can better enhance the ROI and create a method to report out to the businesses.
Leverage the Retail business acumen to enhance the partnership with the business and create innovative solutions to the TA environment.
Bring a procurement mind-set, looking for ways to gain efficiency within existing contracts and ensuring rigid compliance. Able to tactfully navigate difficult discussions with vendors while upholding Bridgestone's best interests.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in HR, Business, or related discipline required
8+ years of business HR experience, preferrably in a COE
Demonstrated experience and capability understanding the issues and concerns of a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function
Experience with RPO relationship management
Ability to learn fast and connect with vendors immediately
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very action oriented with ability to get large projects done with limited resources
Collaborative leader with external partners as well as internal teammates
Prior people leadership experience preferred
Strong executive presence
Self starter, able to drive projects to conclusion and work effectively with a variety of people at various levels within the company
