The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy and building strong relationships for multiple locations in Southwest/Southern California region. This position will be remote with travel expected to locations as needed. The salary range for this position is $65-75K. 401(K) retirement plans * Paid time off and holidays * Career advancement opportunities :Responsibilities: * Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers, location staff and leadership. * Assists with the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area. * Establishes themselves as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process * Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner * Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users. * Reports weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPI's to manager for specific geographic area.
