As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on passive candidate sourcing and high-volume recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by attracting top-tier talent. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of the modern recruitment landscape, a track record in tapping passive talent pools, and the capability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored recruiting strategies that align with company objectives, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.

• Actively source passive candidates through various platforms, networks, and methodologies.

• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for multiple roles concurrently, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.

• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and provide insightful analytics.

• Attend and represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

• Continuously stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, industry trends, and best practices to enhance our recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future company needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in passive candidate sourcing and high-volume recruitment.

• Proficiency in using various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday Preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
