Manhattan Associates is growing and we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Atlanta, GA headquarters office to support full lifecycle recruiting activities in the United States and Latin America. Our Recruiters play an essential role in fueling Manhattan Associates' growth with extraordinary talent. This position demands a unique balance of creativity, drive, along with interpersonal savvy and analytical thinking. Using the most innovative tools and technologies, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen, and assist in the selection of technical and professional services talent while working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to meet Manhattan Associates workforce planning objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and build relationships with active and passive candidates to build talent pipelines to support rapid business growth

  • Create job profiles that attract a group of qualified, diverse candidates

  • Review resumes and screen applicants for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements

  • Conduct competency-based interviews both face to face and using digital technology for remote applicants

  • Administer assessments and track and manage results

  • Be a passionate advocate of Manhattan Associates, generating candidate enthusiasm and interest in our business, values and culture

  • Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with hiring managers and counsel on all aspects of the recruiting and selection process

  • Create an amazing candidate experience branding Manhattan Associates as an employer of choice in the region

  • Assist with college recruiting and community outreach efforts

Position Requirements:

  • Successful applicants will have 5+ years of software and technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, working within a collaborative team setting

  • Expertise with LinkedIn, DICE and niche job boards as well as analytical tools to drive talent pipelines is required

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage talent market and economic data to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies

  • Degree in Business or HR-related field

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving ability using both traditional and innovative techniques

  • Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Knowledge of legal requirements associated with recruiting

  • Solid understanding of OFCCP guidelines and Affirmative Action Planning as well as immigration regulations

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and the Internet

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred

  • Professional Working Spanish is a plus
