Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the face of recruitment for our US operations, and will be located in our Newark, NJ Headquarters. This role will handle full-cycle recruitment.
Ability to proactively and strategically source and place high quality candidates across several geographic areas and job functions. Work in cooperation with hiring managers, to successfully fill roles in a professional manner to meet company goals and requirements, working in a fast paced environment. Additional human resources generalist responsibilities as assigned.
Particular emphasis is placed on recruiting outside sales positions in energy efficiency marketplace. Ability to proactively utilize a variety of sourcing mediums including websites, job boards, social media, local area resources, and develop recruiting campaigns strategically designed to source talent.
Ability to use data analytics and reporting. Strong commitment to diversity and employee engagement. We are searching for a candidate with a true love for recruitment
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and evaluate effective recruiting strategies and processes to attract, select and retain qualified candidates for each region.
Full Cycle Recruitment and New-Hire process.
Ensure quality and efficient sourcing and hiring.
Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to produce high quality active and passive candidates and pipelines.
Conduct regular follow-up with management and regional management to determine talent acquisition effectiveness.
Engage with talent communities.
Serve in a leadership role to identify top talent and use multiple methods to narrow the talent field to secure the best and brightest talent for Lime Energy.
Contribute to the organization's brand for talent acquisition and/or provide training on talent acquisition for internal hiring managers.
Liaise with Regional Managers on recruitment related issues and report to VP Human Capital.
Monitor and update the Lime Energy career page and other sourcing resources.
Build quality relationships with internal customers and external resources.
Create reports using HRIS or ATS or other software/data resources.
Love of recruiting.
Demonstrate high level of knowledge of full cycle recruitment for all position levels and functions.
Sound HR generalist experience or education/certification.
Ability to build trust and conduct oneself as a consummate profession at all times.
Experience as a regional and national recruiter for rural and urban geographic areas.
Project management experience in talent acquisition.
Education, Training & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or related field
PHR or SPHR certification and/or SHRM certifications.
Ongoing credential certifications and industry knowledge
