Technical Recruiter
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) will primarily focus on supporting the recruiting efforts for our Technology team, but be flexible enough to recruit for non-technical positions based on workload. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of technology recruiting, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong track record of success!
A sourcing ninja who partners well with hiring managers and excellent communication/follow-through skills with candidates is a must! Able to partner with all levels of the organization and lead the hiring process that enables Blackhawk to identify and hire the best talent in the industry. Promote a strong company-wide recruiting culture, drive best practices for interviewing, selection and hiring.
This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Human Resources and must be willing to be in office at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasanton, California daily.
Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Drive the entire recruiting process from start to finish: source, qualify, coordinate interviews, feedback, and consult candidates and managers
Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging employee referrals, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
Understand competitive landscape and implement changes to increase effectiveness of recruitment efforts and branding strategies
Responsible for the ATS and internal/external job postings
Partners and meets with hiring managers to analyze and understand position needs and duties
Develop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of Hiring Managers
Ensures recruiting and employment activities follow government regulations and Company policies
Responsible for ATS candidate documentation and tracking for department metrics
Proactively source and network with candidates, facilitate interview pre-screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers timely
Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout recruitment process
Assist managers with pre-employment and onboarding process
Perform other duties as assigned

5+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably with experience sourcing and screening for technical roles
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Detail-oriented, consistent, organized, and analytical
MS Office suite skills
Ability to use good judgment and discretion
Able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Strong work ethic, integrity and possess a dedication to results
Ability to manage through change, work independently with little supervision
Self-motivated, positive and flexible outlook
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Sense of humor a must
