POSITION SUMMARY:

FFS-Rep Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver full life-cycle recruiting to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers and others as appropriate. Act as the public face of the Company during the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.

Collaboratively consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design various recruitment strategies for all candidates proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, schedule, conduct interviews, solicit feedback, complete background checks, and prepare and extend offers.

  • Prepare an efficient network of referral sources and design efficient workflow strategies for all searches.

  • Establish relationships with hiring managers/teams to get a full understanding of their business objectives, business challenges, and culture and to use the information in each search.

  • Attract, source, and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques, including social networking and direct sourcing, while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends in the industry.

  • Manage all communication with candidates and schedule all interviews and participate in screening process and review all candidate qualifications.

  • Prepare and track important hiring metrics, coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate all metrics into all talent acquisition systems.

  • Collate all competitive data and manage all communication with team and develop effective relationships with branch manager to implement various strategies. Collaborate with branch managers and design all recruitment plans.

  • Design a network of centers of influencers and referral sources in local markets and work with branch managers to implement various sourcing strategy activities.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related recruiting experience. Upbeat and positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed

  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and attention to detail; self-directed and strong time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build and foster relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and discretion

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking discretion

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; LinkedIn; ATS platforms such as JobVite

  • Event planning experience as well as ability to act as an outward ambassador for FFS at meetups and recruiting events

Key Responsibilities: * Provide over the phone and remote technical support to Presidio clients including hardware, software, and customer line of business applications. * Create or assist in the creation of documentation both internal and external. * Provide excellent customer service, including but not limited to: Follow-up, Friendly Demeanor, Exceeding Customer Expectations. * Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Service Desk Manager. * Obtain certification and/or maintain current certifications on various product offered by Presidio. (Within 1 year of employment; MCSA - Administering Window Server 2012 and MCSA- Windows 10 certificates completed.)
