Recruits for support and professional positions by determining job posting venues, conducting in-person interviews, performing reference checks, and extending job offers
Collaborates with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and develop recruiting strategies
Sources candidates through social media, advertising and career fairs
Provides assistance to assigned branch locations by answering questions on recruitment processes and developing hiring strategy
Conducts onboarding for corporate office and branch locations
Seeks new methods to identify and attract the best candidates
Monitors and maintains Workday recruiting and onboarding processes
Contributes to the success of the internship program
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Two years of human resources experience
Recruiting experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
General knowledge of employment law and behavioral interviewing
Excellent human relations and verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
