Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose of Position:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment efforts for various open positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast paced environment, recruiting, reviewing and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers, scheduling interviews, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of Candidate and Stakeholder experience. Their main focus is service delivery management. This position will handle various aspects of our Talent Acquisition life cycle process.

Accountabilities:

• Daily duties include posting job advertisements on various Recruitment websites.

• Recruiting & sourcing for qualified candidates.

• Scheduling interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.

• Prescreening candidates and conducting prescreening notes.

• Sending follow up notices/ rejections notices to candidates.

• Support pre-employment and onboarding requirements.

• Conducting New Hire Orientations for new joiners.

• Other duties as assigned & MISC projects.

Minimum Skills Required:

• 1-3 years experience in recruiting for various positions.

• Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources or handling confidential information.

• Excellent computer literacy skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Team Player

Preferred:

• Bilingual- English and Spanish
