As we continue to grow, Collaborative Solutions is looking to add an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to our recruiting team! Responsibilities:

  • Jump into the exciting, booming Workday ecosystem and use your recruiting expertise to continually identify, source, and hire the best and the brightest talent in our industry

  • Master our unique recruitment process and partner with our internal teams and executive leadership to strategically think outside the box to fill our critical open positions

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools to identify untapped markets and unlock new sourcing strategies

  • Seamlessly guide candidates through the interview process ensuring that every candidate experiences our collaborative nature and award-winning culture

  • Conduct a high volume of phone screens and in-person interviews; provide thorough, and intuitive, verbal and written feedback; and track your recruiting / sourcing efforts

  • Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with our executive team, internal teams, and hiring managers to influence change throughout the entire hiring process

  • Build a dynamic candidate pipeline that can be drawn from as needs arise

Skills & Requirements:

  • Your ability to connect with people is second nature. Your vibe is confident, passionate, and approachable!

  • 5 to 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an HR consulting or technical services environment

  • Experience partnering closely with internal teams nationwide, in multiple locations, is ideal

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple open positions at a given time

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are exceptional. We believe each and every candidate deserves a positive and inviting experience, even when they are not a fit.

  • Significant experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, HRIS's, and other recruiting tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

More specifically, the Manager Talent Acquisition will: * Oversee large scale recruitment initiatives, provide professional and executive sourcing for hard to fill roles * Advise on recruitment tactics and build strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry partners * Leverage SuccessFactors and analytics to increase efficiency and provide appropriate solutions. * Plan and execute employer brand strategies and enhance the candidate experience * Manage compliance for Affirmative action and NERC-CIP 4 requirements for team members and contractors Competencies, Education & Experience: Required: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience; * 6+ years of related experience including 2 years in a recruiting leadership role, experience in a unionized environment would be considered an asset; * Previous experience in staffing industry and in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding strategies; * 3+ years of team leadership is ideal. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment; * Excellent interpersonal, team building skills; * Strong oral and written communications skills, with the ability to express and exchange ideas, effectively conduct presentations and build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; * Knowledge of OFCCP regulations and proficiency in SAP/Success Factor recruitment module is preferred; * Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of some of the requirements Preferred: * Society of Human Resources Manager (SHRM) Certification or MS/MA/MBA.
