Who You'll Work With
Cisco's Latin America TA team is searching for a dynamic recruiter to support increased growth in the region, with a focus on technical and engineering roles for our Customer Experience organization in Mexico. We are a tight-knit dynamic team that is able to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally, always willing to support each other when needed. What You'll Do
You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and other eco-system partners by managing the process of sourcing, selection, and recruitment of internal and external talent.
Your creative sourcing skills will drive lead generation to attract the best talent for our teams.
Executing external recruiting programs that attract the best talent will be your top priority.
You will act as an advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and trends.
You will excel at attracting and recruiting the highest caliber candidates in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
Be knowledgeable about Cisco systems, processes, and benefits.
Your experience will help manage the offer process with both candidates and Hiring Managers for a seamless closing and on-boarding of candidates.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in the Latam TA team by assisting during large hiring initiatives in our theatre.
Who You Are

Additionally, you should also have these skills and experience:
You have at least 5+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency (or a combination of both).
Your experience includes extensive interviewing and evaluation of potential candidates for technical/engineering positions.
You have demonstrable experience mapping the market to build qualified and potential pipelines.
You are a confident communicator and presenter in both English and Spanish
Your collaborative and partnering skills working with internal clients give you an edge when recruiting for top talent.
You have experience with Talent Acquisition generated for Business Reporting.
You are fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral skills)
