Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, plus a potential $10,000 incentive available.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will ensure effective staffing for their office. The TAS will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, administering new hire paperwork, and supporting ongoing personnel compliance requirements. The TAS will convey the company culture to new hires and be the main point of contact with their recruits and local staff. The TAS will assess the company's staffing needs in conjunction with branch leadership and recruit talented individuals to fill these needs. This role may work out of Marietta, GA or Norcross, GA and will recruit for the South Atlanta area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and recruit candidates by establishing relationships with community organizations and schools.
Screens candidate resumes and job applications.
Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates.
Prepares recruitment materials and post jobs both online and within the community.
Assesses applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
Facilitates weekly orientation in College Park, GA.
Facilitates quick and efficient onboarding of new hires.
Promotes company culture and helps establish the company as an employer of choice in the local market.
Facilitates job fairs and presentations.
Monitors and ensures compliance of personnel records, ensuring they are always survey ready.
Works collaboratively with human resources, central support teams, and branch leadership.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proven work experience as a recruiter.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews required.
Experience with interviewing and credentialing.
Ability to organize job fairs and other recruitment events.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
Computer literacy required, including MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
