Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Hybrid role at any of our manufacturing site locations
SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and engaging top talent for our organization.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a qualified candidate pipeline. You'll partner extensively with Recruiters to identify emerging talent needs, vet potential candidates and keep the interview process moving. An important part of this role centers around research, data mining techniques, data analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conduct market research to identify target talent pools and communities
Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates
Actively engage and network with passive candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to provide an irresistible candidate experience
Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in talent acquisition
Track and report key sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in sourcing and talent acquisition processes
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field of study; and three (3) years of related experience.
Experience with candidate management systems and methodologies to grow, manage and monitor talent pipelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication, teamwork and people skills
Ability to effectively build relationships and network with candidates and internal partners
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Outstanding professionalism, including the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong advocate for the company - models the company culture
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office, Artificial Intelligence and Internet knowledge, Excel, Word.
