Responsibilities

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting for all assigned requisitions. Ensure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives.

    Understand DHG and its service offerings, the strategic direction of the Firm, and the specifics surrounding the roles to fill. Serve as an ambassador of our Firm when reaching out to candidates. Act with utmost professionalism in representing the Firm.

    Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research tools, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources. Identify, screen and present top talent to Hiring Managers. Recruit, assess and administer the hiring of top talent.

    Manage positive relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the interview process. Disposition unqualified candidates that apply to openings. Leverage iCims applicant tracking system to ensure all data gathered during the process is compliantly captured.

    Negotiate and present offers to selected candidates. Provide excellent client service. Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings and in development strategy sessions to help build service line talent.

    Partner with HR Strategic Business Partners and Partners to drive consistency and workforce planning. Attend various recruiting career fairs, networking events, and diversity recruiting initiatives. Supports TA Specialists with offer delivery and execution on an ongoing and ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. 2 6 years of relevant work experience required. 4+ years of industry experience is preferred. 4+ years of recruiting experience, Agency experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office required.

    Exceptional planning and organizational skills required. Strong judgement and decision-making skills required. Ability to make pragmatic and logical recommendations in ambiguous situations required. Ability to demonstrate ownership of initiatives/tasks required.

The International Talent Acquisition team is looking for a talented individual to join its dynamic and diverse team, which supports all aspects of hiring across 36+ countries outside of the U.S. Reporting to the Head of International Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for the design, development and execution of the international recruitment marketing strategy, sourcing strategies and talent channels outside of the U.S. The position is responsible for partnering with the enterprise (U.S.) to extend and expand the One Wells Fargo employment brand in the international marketplace, and build out channels such as the international Campus/University hiring program, social/digital media, recruitment advertising and marketing, employee referral programs, international talent mobility programs, diversity hiring programs, agency usage and other direct sourcing channels. In this role, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities to partner with the international talent acquisition team to help drive and implement change. This role is a key partner responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of employment branding strategies and talent channel programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk. Examples of programs and initiatives this role will drive include: Employment Branding: * Creation and management of the international recruitment advertising campaign strategy and local execution across the three regions: Americas (Canada & LATAM) , EMEA and APAC * Content development, deployment and management of international, regional and specific channels on wellsfargo.com/careers and internal team member websites, where applicable * Creation and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to target business, functional, and geographic talent needs Social & Digital media: * Identify, strategize, and execute employment specific opportunities in the Social and Digital Media space for the international space, and aligned to the enterprise * Oversight of day to day activities of all employment focused Social & Digital Media assets to ensure it is fully integrated with organizational initiatives and applicable for local markets * Partner with the enterprise Social Media Channel Leads to extend and expand usage of external vendors to support the international hiring initiatives, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, region specific job boards Diverse Segments: * Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract specific talent segments including early talent, ethnically diverse, people with disabilities, women, and mature workers. * Identify key partnerships and opportunities to promote the Wells Fargo employment brand to these segments in international markets. * Engage cross-functional groups (enterprise marketing, foundation, corporate social responsibility, communications, and lines of business) in funding, sponsorships, event participation, and recruiting. Campus/University Hiring Program: * Develop the strategy, plan and program approach for campus/university hiring across international businesses and regions. * Partner with region and country recruitment and business leadership to build out the business case for program development, expansion and deployment. * Partner with region recruitment teams to identify and develop university relationships, and local learning and development and HR teams to ensure development of sustainable development programs for new graduate hires. Other Responsibilities: * Manage execution and delivery of programs through a small team aligned directly and matrixed, * Maintain and promote the International employee referral program across each region of talent acquisition, expanding the program in new locations where necessary * Develop and deploy internal mobility strategies to drive greater effectiveness and awareness of job opportunities within the internal hiring channel, * Maintain and report out on the Channel metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and performance of various talent channels and strategies, * Assess team capabilities to deliver against the recruitment marketing and talent channel strategies, and deliver training and development to team members to build out capabilities, * Conduct operational reviews and deliver report-outs and communications at an executive/management level for initiatives, and with cross-functional teams * Research and leverage industry best practices and trends to support initiatives and plans. This position can be located across the Enterprise in locations within the Wells Fargo footprint. Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning * 5+ years of management experience Other Desired Qualifications * Experience building out hiring campaigns using multiple channels inclusive of at least one of the following: social/digital campaigns, campus hiring campaigns, employee referral programs, internal talent mobility, internship programs, graduate hiring programs, job boards or other recruitment advertising media * Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships and influence leaders in a matrix environment * Strong analytical skills to capture and analyze appropriate data to determine ROI and trends * Demonstrated success in building, developing and leading a team to high performance. * Proven ability in producing outstanding results through effective relationship management, influencing, collaboration and partnership with key HR and business stakeholders (both executive and line). Ability to influence without direct authority. * Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and demonstrated resiliency, adaptability and commitment during times of change. * Proven experience in developing and executing on business strategy and operations, translating organizational strategies into clear objectives and business actions. * Proven ability to successfully strategically initiate and oversee complex projects of small and large magnitude. * Exceptional verbal and written communications skills * Demonstrated ability to partner with technology groups to identify technology solutions to assist in solving needs.
